In my life I have written about just about everything -- about murders and deaths, acts of kindness, art, architecture, and natural disasters. It fits my nature. I am fascinated by life, eclectic, and curious.
I also am fascinated by words and their magical power to captivate, enrich and enlighten.
That has led me to write hundreds of newspaper pieces, dozens of magazine articles, and more than a dozen books about everything from self-help and religion to business, current events, and eight men from the same small street who died fighting for their country far from home. In a way, everything I’ve written addresses the same overriding question: I have always been probing the nature of the human creature when faced with adversity and the drama of trying to survive this life.
